With a degree in Urban Studies and a concentration in non-profit management from the University of Pennsylvania, Lori brings definition to the public services component of Red Paw’s mission. Her passion lies in building relationships with underserved populations of Philadelphia. She has over twenty years of experience in non-profit program management and development, including the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the renowned Village of Arts and Humanities headquartered in Philadelphia’s Germantown neighborhood, where she directed the Environmental Programs.
As COO and acting CFO, she is President of Red Paw’s Board of Directors, manages the leadership team, financial operations, and development divisions. She also lectures extensively and teaches Red Paw curriculum, including the recent Penn Vet Emergency and Disaster Relief Symposium, a collaborative project of Penn Vet SCAVMA, Red Paw, and Penn Vet Working Dog Center.
